The 10 highest paying jobs with the lowest stress revealed

Want low stress and high pay? Choose from this list of jobs, if yes.

Resume Genius has released a report of high-paying, low-stress jobs for 2025.

To compile the report, the resume company analyzed data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the career site O*NET Online to attract low-stress occupations with at least the national median wage of $48,060 and “more faster than average growth.”

The list comes after a study found that four in 10 Americans suffer from job burnout — with five careers leading the pack in washing out workers.

A growing number of Gen Zers are planning to pursue traditional blue-collar jobs in trades like welding, plumbing and electrical work as young people lose faith in the value of a college degree, according to a new study.

However, the 10 highest-paying but low-stress jobs listed by Resume Genius require at least a Bachelor’s degree.

“Going into 2025, prioritizing mental health in the workplace is essential for job seekers to feel more at ease,” Eva Chan, a career expert at Resume Genius, told Entrepreneur.

“With remote work and hybrid setups becoming the norm, the boundaries of work and life are increasingly blurred.

“Our report on low-stress, high-paying jobs shows that you don’t have to sacrifice a competitive salary to achieve a healthier work-life balance. With the right role, it is possible to thrive both financially and mentally.”
